Terms and Conditions

If you subscribe to the listing service you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions -

Terminology
'Website' refers to findachiropodist.co.uk
'Listing' refers to the contact details of podiatrists made available to the public via the website 'find a podiatrist' directory
'Subscriber' refers to podiatrists who have asked to have their details made available in the 'find a podiatrist' directory

Payment and renewal of subscription/listing
The online registration form and payment need to be completed and received before Find a Podiatrist Ltd will enter the subscribers details onto the directory.

If the subscriber wishes to extend a contract period then payment is due prior to the start of their new contract period. Find a Podiatrist Limited reserve the right to exclude listings if monies are not received prior to the start of the subscribers new contract period.

Find a Podiatrist Ltd reserve the right to withdraw any discounts for subscribers for which payments have not been made by the due date.

The Contract shall not be formed unless and until we send you a written document or electronic communication confirming acceptance of your order.

Requirements of subscribers
The titles of chiropodist and podiatrist are protected and can only be used by persons registered with the Health Professions Council (HPC). Find a Podiatrist Ltd reserve the right to refuse, suspend or cancel listings with immediate effect and without notice whereby the person(s) listed are not HPC registrants. No refunds will be given on any outstanding time remaining on the subscriber's contract period.

Where chiropody/podiatry practices are listed, the main contact listed at that practice must be registered with the HPC.

Find a Podiatrist Ltd reserve the right to refuse, cancel or revise any listing to accord with the standards of the website. They accept no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage caused by an error or inaccuracy in the printing of any listing. They do not give any undertaking that a listing will be inserted by any specified date although every effort will be made to meet the requirements of the subscriber.

Website access
Find a Podiatrist Ltd will endeavour to allow uninterrupted access to the website, but access to the website may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.

Find a Podiatrist Ltd reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on the website from time to time.

Data protection
Find a Podiatrist Ltd will collect and use information supplied by subscribers and from time to time, may use it to tell subscribers about changes to the website, or ask subscribers for feedback. We may sell or otherwise provide details of subscriber's personal information to third parties. Subscribers can ask for their personal information not to be passed on to third parties by emailing enquiries@findachiropodist.co.uk or writing to Find a Podiatrist Limited, PO Box 149, Ashtead, KT21 9AY.

Rights to cancel
The subscriber can cancel their subscription within 7 days of the online subscription form being completed and submitted. Subscribers should send any notice of cancellation of an order to enquiries@findachiropodist.co.uk giving full details of the subscriber.

When a subscriber cancels an order in accordance with these terms and conditions, Find a Podiatrist Ltd will refund any sums paid for that order within 30 days of receipt of cancellation.
